Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "3jlr," "we," "us," "our," or "the Company" refers to the legal entity operating the 3jlr Casino platform accessible at 3jlr.org, together with its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers.
• "Platform" means the 3jlr Casino website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized pages, application programming interfaces, and any other digital services provided under the 3jlr brand.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 3jlr Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the 3jlr Platform, created following successful completion of the registration and identity verification process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's 3jlr Account wallet at any given time, including deposited funds and credited bonus amounts where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-cash promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements as disclosed in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or market offered through the 3jlr Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 3jlr before a Player may access real-money gaming features or process withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary government body responsible for the oversight and regulation of gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which access to online casino gaming is prohibited by applicable law, or from which 3jlr has expressly restricted access.

Access to the 3jlr Platform and all real-money gaming features is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active 3jlr Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age threshold is set in accordance with the legal minimum age for online casino participation under the framework overseen by PAGCOR, and it is non-negotiable. Players who misrepresent their age to gain access to 3jlr will have their accounts permanently suspended and all associated funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must be registering for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 3jlr Casino or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order at 3jlr or any other casino operator with which 3jlr maintains a self-exclusion information-sharing arrangement.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the 3jlr Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or through the use of VPN or proxy services — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 3jlr reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings or balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. Players must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and must keep that information current. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. 3jlr will periodically verify the accuracy of the information on file.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3jlr login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 3jlr will never ask for your password through any channel. In the event of suspected unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify 3jlr support immediately via live chat. 3jlr will not be held liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to adequately secure their login credentials.

3.4 Account Transfer. 3jlr Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your Account or any funds within it to another party.

4.1 Accepted Methods. 3jlr accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability and any limits communicated on the Platform: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Coins.ph. Additional methods may be introduced or removed at 3jlr's discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). There is no maximum deposit limit by default; however, higher-tier deposits may be subject to additional verification requirements.

4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits reflect in your 3jlr Account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same banking day for transfers submitted before the applicable cut-off time. USDT and Coins.ph deposits are processed upon blockchain confirmation.

4.4 Player Funds. All funds deposited to your 3jlr Account are held for the purpose of gaming on the Platform only. 3jlr does not pay interest on deposited funds. You may only use funds that you legally own and that have been obtained through lawful means. 3jlr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on the source of funds for large deposits or where money laundering concerns are identified.

4.5 Currency. The official currency of the 3jlr Platform is the Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). All balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in PHP unless otherwise specified for USDT-related transactions.

5.1 KYC Prerequisite. Withdrawals may only be processed from Accounts that have completed KYC identity verification. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. Players are encouraged to complete KYC immediately after registration rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. 3jlr reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for deposit.

5.3 Processing Timeframes. Standard processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya — within 30 minutes for verified Accounts (instant for Diamond and Black Diamond VIP tier); BPI, BDO, Metrobank — same banking day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time; USDT — upon next processing window following blockchain confirmation. 3jlr does not charge withdrawal fees on any tier.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will be held until the available withdrawal balance meets the minimum.

5.5 Right of Offset. 3jlr reserves the right to offset any amounts owed by a Player to 3jlr — including as a result of chargebacks, reversed deposits, or bonus abuse — against the Player's Account balance prior to processing any withdrawal.

6.1 General. 3jlr may, from time to time, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP-exclusive rewards to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion in addition to these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion is explicitly designated as "wager-free," all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms. Failure to fulfil wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in the expiry and forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated pending winnings.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time. Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the promotion terms expressly permit this. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses from the same or different promotions may result in the voiding of all bonus amounts involved.

6.4 Abuse and Manipulation. 3jlr actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; exploiting low-edge games to fulfil wagering requirements in breach of promotion terms; coordinating with other Players to guarantee outcomes; and using third-party software or scripts to automate play. Detection of any such activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may be referred to relevant authorities.

6.5 VIP Program. The 3jlr VIP tier program — from Bronze through Black Diamond — operates under its own supplementary terms communicated directly to eligible Players. 3jlr reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits, and eligibility criteria at any time with reasonable advance notice to affected Players.

7.1 Certified RNG. All digital (non-live) games offered on the 3jlr Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certifications and published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are available for review within the game lobby. 3jlr does not modify game outcomes or RTP configurations outside of the parameters established by the relevant game provider and certification body.

7.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are facilitated by third-party studio providers operating under their own licensing and certification frameworks. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical means (cards, wheels, dice) under human dealer supervision and are streamed in real time. 3jlr does not control or influence live dealer game outcomes.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, the outcome of any affected round will be determined in accordance with the game provider's malfunction policy, which generally dictates that "malfunction voids all pays and plays." 3jlr will not be liable for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control. Any winnings generated during a demonstrable malfunction may be voided.

7.4 Game Rules Precedence. Individual game rules, where published within the game interface or help documentation, form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms on a matter specific to that game, the individual game rules shall prevail for that specific matter.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3jlr Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement agencies as appropriate:

• Registering while under 21 years of age, or providing false age information at any stage.
• Registering multiple Accounts for any purpose, including to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software designed to give an artificial advantage in any game or wagering market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or with third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors, whether intentionally or otherwise, without immediately reporting the issue to 3jlr support.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the 3jlr Platform.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your 3jlr Account without first resolving the matter through 3jlr's support channel.
• Using the Platform in any manner that infringes upon any intellectual property rights of 3jlr or its content licensors.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward 3jlr staff members through any communication channel.

9.1 Commitment. 3jlr Casino is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, and 3jlr recognises its obligation to provide tools and information that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity.

9.2 Player Controls. The following responsible gaming controls are available to all 3jlr Account holders at no charge and without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits — cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period — temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently close your Account. Once a self-exclusion is confirmed, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude from 3jlr Casino may do so via the Account Settings panel or by contacting 3jlr live chat support. Self-exclusion will take effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed. During the exclusion period, 3jlr will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from opening a new Account.

9.4 Minor Protection. Players must not allow any person under the age of 21 to access their 3jlr Account or the Platform. 3jlr recommends the use of parental control software on shared devices. If 3jlr reasonably suspects that an Account is being used by or on behalf of a minor, the Account will be suspended pending investigation.

9.5 PAGCOR Resources. Players experiencing difficulty managing their gambling habits are encouraged to seek assistance. 3jlr supports the responsible gaming resources provided by PAGCOR and encourages Players to access these through official Philippine government and PAGCOR channels.

10.1 3jlr's Rights. 3jlr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any lawful reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; suspected fraud or money laundering; regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority; or detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.

10.2 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request the closure of their 3jlr Account at any time by contacting live chat support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements that have not been fulfilled) will be returned to the Player via their last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10.3 Forfeiture of Bonus Funds. Upon Account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by 3jlr — all Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. No compensation will be payable for unexpired bonuses following Account closure.

All content on the 3jlr Platform — including but not limited to the 3jlr brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3jlr Casino or its licensed content providers. No content from the 3jlr Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, republished, displayed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of 3jlr.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the 3jlr Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not convey any ownership rights and will terminate automatically upon Account closure or breach of these Terms.

12.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. 3jlr does not guarantee that any Player will achieve a profit from play on the Platform. All gaming activity involves risk, and Players accept that they may lose the entirety of their deposited funds.

12.2 Service Availability. While 3jlr endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. 3jlr will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, whether scheduled or otherwise.

12.3 Cap on Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3jlr's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. 3jlr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the 3jlr Platform.

3jlr collects, processes, stores, and shares personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering for a 3jlr Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 3jlr Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Player data may be shared with third parties strictly as necessary for: identity verification (KYC) purposes; payment processing; fraud prevention; compliance with PAGCOR requirements or lawful orders of competent Philippine authorities; and the delivery of Platform features by certified technology partners. 3jlr does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

3jlr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it materially affects Players' rights or obligations — 3jlr will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform, by email to registered Players' addresses, or by in-account notification.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the 3jlr Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the 3jlr Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the 3jlr Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

15.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the 3jlr Platform, you are required to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 3jlr support via live chat. 3jlr will endeavour to resolve disputes raised in good faith within a reasonable timeframe, typically within five (5) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

15.3 Formal Proceedings. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause restricts a Player's right to pursue available remedies through PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.

15.4 Waiver of Class Actions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class or representative action.
